Lotus Energy brings together sport, handmade workshops and cultural exchanges in a friendly, inclusive setting. Our activities are adapted to different ages, abilities and rhythms.

Gentle senior fitness, Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan and weapons practice. A free trial lesson is available for sports activities.
