Classes designed to support the physical and mental wellbeing of disabled people, seniors and non-disabled people. Every age and fitness level is welcome.
Every class is adapted to each person’s pace and abilities — discover the two parts of our sports programme.
You may attend several classes each week in the same discipline. Reduced rates are available when joining both senior fitness and Tai Chi Chuan. Payment is possible per session, term or year.

Classes taught by Carole CREN, qualified with the French Wushu Federation, certified teacher with the European Taiji Bailong Ball Association (TBBA), disability trainer for the FFWushu, affiliated with Handisport and Adapted Sport (FFH and FFSA).
