Senior fitness

  • Senior fitness douce, conçue pour les plus de 50 ans
  • Exercise ball, bâton de fitness, bandes de résistance
  • Improved balance and joint mobility

Tai Chi Chuan & weapons

  • Qi Gong, hand form and work on the 13 postures
  • Étude de 4 armes : éventail, bâton long, sabre, épée
  • Progressive teaching in the Yang style

Weekly classes

You may attend several classes each week in the same discipline. Reduced rates are available when joining both senior fitness and Tai Chi Chuan. Payment is possible per session, term or year.

Classes taught by Carole CREN, qualified with the French Wushu Federation, certified teacher with the European Taiji Bailong Ball Association (TBBA), disability trainer for the FFWushu, affiliated with Handisport and Adapted Sport (FFH and FFSA).
